Thunder & Neon Group recently celebrated Avurudu at Ranmin Dampe Resort, with the participation of the company’s Chairman - Lalith Lokuge, Managing Director- Milinda Lokuge, Director Operation- Dayananda Lokuge and all employees.

The Avurudu activities commenced with a traditional Avurudu breakfast followed by the lighting of the oil lamp, ‘kiri ithireema’ and a mix of traditional and non-traditional Avurudu games, such as, ‘kana mutti’, ‘kotta pora’, tag of war, pinning the eye on the elephant, sack race, Banis eating contest,'Pani Bambare', ‘onchili pedima’and many more.

The evening was filled with excitement and fun, with the staff enthusiastically participating to the dancing competition. The event was organized by the HR department to improve the belonging among employees with the vision of cultivating " Excellence in Workplace".
