Acrylic embossed Letters with full Letter Illumination
Solid acrylic letters are fabricated with thick acrylic sheets by using laser cutting & CNC technology.
Signs are manufactured with Acrylic facia utilizing solid and embossed acrylic for full letter illumination.
Vacuum forming is a type of thermoforming that uses thin sheets of special plastic to be molded using Vacuum Forming technology. Heat makes the plastic pliable, and then vacuum is used to pull the heated plastic sheet around the mold. This technique is used for batch production due to the cost factor but uniformity and accuracy is ensured at all times.
Layers of acrylic sheets are pasted together to fabricate the sign and illuminated with LED technology giving the letters edge a special multicolor or segmented effect.
